Avalon brings her years of experience working directly with leadership to develop and implement complex, overlapping initiatives and programs in areas such as: operations, onboarding and offboarding, research, professional development, and diversity, equity & inclusion. She is currently Duke University's Department of Population Health Sciences Program Director, and is also enrolled in Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting's highly esteemed Business & Professional Coach Training Certificate Program with plans to become ICF certified in Fall 2022.
