We've all seen how the above statement is true through our own experiences as employees in unwelcoming, ineffective work cultures, but research has finally caught up to prove it. Through firsthand experience supporting leadership at Duke University, as well studies on successful culture change and renovation, our passion for this topic has driven us to develop the skills and knowledge to guide you towards building a holistically healthy work culture.

Scope & Timeline: This is based on your needs, but could range from the scope of a specific group, team or program, all the way up to working within your whole organization. Regardless of scope, a strategic sustainability plan will be put into place so that the work can continue effectively beyond working directly with our consultant, Avalon, in order to continue to see the long term benefits of a healthy workplace culture. While advising on the development and integration of the culture plan, our consultant will construct an implementation team of internal employees, training them as she oversees the deployment of the plan, integrating clear communication and metrics to evaluate in all phases of the rollout. Coaching for leadership, members of the implementation team, and those posing as change barriers to culture renovation is frequently paired with consulting as challenges inevitably arise.
