Workshop Facilitation

Workshop sessions are tailored to your organization, workplace culture, and target participants. Workshops are at least 90-minutes and include short bursts of didactic and information sharing, interspersed with interactive activities, discussions, and opportunities to practice skills. 

 

From the beginning of each session, we start by intentionally creating safe and creative space for learning – this includes establishing space to not get it right the first time, to ask questions, and not know it all. To transition from the learning space of the workshop to applying what was been learned, we close sessions by asking: What are you taking away with you? How do you plan to continue learning and practicing these skills? What support and accountability do you need to be successful?
